因本人当前年龄未满足国内域名备案的法定条件，本站域名 mc118cn.cn 暂无法在中国境内完成 ICP 备案。受此限制，本站及其附属图片存储站点均无法使用境内 CDN 加速服务，亦无法通过国内注册商进行域名续费。该限制预计于 2028 年 8 月解除，届时将另行通知。


二、关于站点可访问性

基于当前网络环境及托管商部署位置，本站的国内访问质量存在一定波动。根据实际测速数据，约 8% 的国内主机无法正常访问本站。

为降低对第三方图床服务的依赖，本人已于 2026 年 7 月 30 日下午部署完成与本站同托管商的专用图片存储站点。

目前，该图床的访问可用性与主站基本持平，但同样受限于上述备案状况，其访问稳定性暂无法得到充分保障。

I. Regarding Domain Name Registration and Access Performance

As I have not yet reached the statutory age required for domestic domain name registration in China, the domain name mc118cn.cn cannot currently complete ICP filing within the territory of China. Due to this restriction, this website and its affiliated image hosting site are unable to use domestic CDN acceleration services, nor can the domain be renewed through domestic registrars. This restriction is expected to be lifted in August 2028, and a further notice will be issued at that time.


II. Regarding Site Accessibility

Given the current network environment and the location of the hosting provider, the quality of domestic access to this site may fluctuate. According to actual speed test data, approximately 8% of domestic hosts in China are unable to access this site. Moreover, domestic hosts in other regions of the world are able to access this site normally.

To reduce reliance on third-party image hosting services, I completed the deployment of a dedicated image storage site with the same hosting provider on the afternoon of July 30, 2026.

At present, the access availability of this image hosting site is roughly on par with that of the main site. However, it is subject to the same registration restrictions, and its access stability cannot be fully guaranteed at this time.
